1. Consultation reception
Sales consultants introduce the details and selling points of our company's wine cabinets and wine cellars to customers;
Understand customer needs and price positioning;
Understand the space information of the wine cabinet/wine cellar, and preliminarily select the style of the wine cabinet/wine cellar;
The customer provides the CAD drawings of the wine cabinet/wine cellar and integrates the data.
2. Make a preliminary quotation and plan
Make a preliminary planning quotation for wine cabinet/wine cellar products, and select the style series that meet the customer's purchasing power;
Design and draw the scheme according to the selected style series;
Sales consultants coordinate solutions with customers, explain solution design ideas to customers, and discuss solution optimization and implementation.
3. Make an appointment for on-site measurement (charges apply)
After having a certain intention, the company will collect the intention fee and arrange the on-site measurement of the space where the wine cabinet/wine cellar is located;
Understand the installation location of wine cabinets/wine cellars/equipment;
Understand the surrounding environment of the wine cabinet/wine cellar and the access channel;
Instruct the owner's construction manager to determine the preliminary work to be reserved on site, paving the way for the future installation of the wine cabinet/wine cellar.
4. Accurate plan, contract signing and deposit collection
Provide accurate drawings and quotations of wine cellars/wine cabinets;
Confirm with the customer again;
Sign the contract and collect the customer deposit
5. For the overall constant temperature and humidity wine cellar, the wine cellar construction drawings need to be produced before production, and the preliminary drawings should be confirmed with the owner's construction manager.
The reserved matters have been completed, and the conditions for the construction of the basic contents such as the insulation and equipment of the wine cellar are ready;
Reserve thermal insulation construction materials, wine cellar air conditioners and necessary auxiliary materials;
Delivery (insulation materials, wine cellar air conditioning accessories);
Construction of basic parts such as wine cellar insulation and equipment.
