🎯 The Challenge
How do you achieve uniform flame distribution across a 1025mm ultra-long linear space?
Within the design scheme for the Cotai integrated resort, Aedas Interiors presented an audacious design requirement: achieve complete flame continuity across a linear space exceeding one meter — uniform brightness from end to end, synchronized flicker rhythm, with no visible "segmented splicing" perceptible to viewers.
Technically, this meant three concurrent challenges:
First, atomization uniformity. Traditional single ultrasonic atomizers show significant water vapor density decay from center to edges beyond 600mm length, creating a visible "bright center, dim edges" discontinuity. Maintaining uniform atomization density across 1025mm required an entirely new array-based design approach.
Second, optical continuity. The LED optical system had to ensure complete synchronization of color temperature, brightness, and dynamic flicker curves across the entire 1025mm range. Any subtle optical deviation, when viewed continuously by the human eye, would be magnified as a "flame seam."
Third, structural integration. A 985mm ultra-slim recess depth meant all atomization, optical, water supply, and electrical systems had to be arranged within an extremely compact footprint while preserving maintenance access. In a world-class integrated resort, a live installation cannot go offline due to poorly designed maintenance windows.

🔬 Multi-Point Atomization Array
A multi-point ultrasonic atomization array divides the 1025mm linear space into independently controlled atomization sub-zones. A proprietary calibration algorithm ensures atomization density transitions between adjacent zones are smoothed to sub-visual-threshold levels — achieving uniform flame output across the full 1025mm length with no discontinuities or stitching artifacts.

💎 Black Stone Flame Effect
Aedas Interiors' design language demands an "invisible flame source" — topped with natural black stone layering, flames appear to emerge naturally from gaps between the stones. This requires precision optical path design ensuring LED light — refracted through atomized particles — has its visual focus at 15-25cm above the stone surface, rather than at the device's internal light source.

🏗️ Recessed Installation · Seamless Architectural Integration
Achieving recessed installation seamlessly integrated with the building structure within a 985mm ultra-slim depth across a 1025mm ultra-long linear space. All water and electrical connections are concealed through bottom-entry routing, with the front face presenting only the pure visual language of flame and black stone. Maintenance panels open from the side, preserving front-facing aesthetics — ensuring the integrated resort can perform routine maintenance during operations without disrupting the guest experience.
