Ultima is the penthouse crown of Sun Hung Kai’s landmark Kowloon residence "Ultima" — a handful of penthouse duplexes where every inch speaks of rarity. The traditional "pick a model" approach fails here. As the emotional and visual centre of the home, the fireplace carries the expectation of embodying family taste and becoming the spiritual icon of a legacy residence. The work must have a unique "story", command the vast space without overpowering it, and push the boundaries of materials and craft.
