The Masterpiece is a landmark Tsim Sha Tsui luxury residence. Its show flats needed to convey a premium, warm living atmosphere within limited space. Traditional open flame is impractical in the high-traffic viewing environment of a show flat, so a zero-open-flame approach was required.

BB Fires answered with electric fireplaces: electric imitation flame with no open fire and no emissions, one for each of the two show flats (59/F units B and E), elevating the spaces with a modern, safe flame effect.
