Additionally, the small, unstable gas flames failed to deliver the luxurious ambiance expected in a 5-star dining environment.

Consequently, the fireplaces were rarely used post-opening—a wasted investment in prime real estate. The management required a solution offering authentic flames without compromising safety.

BB Fires engineered a retrofit using two BB-280 Smart Bioethanol Fireplaces:
